It was a great pleasure to photograph the interiors of Hotel - Restaurante Castillo De Monda. @castillodemonda

Spaces like this hold centuries of stories, and that’s exactly why the details matter so much in interior photography. The textured walls, old stone, arches, antique doors, layered fabrics, soft Andalusian light… all these elements quietly build the atmosphere and make the visual story feel rich and captivating.

Castillo de Monda was built on the foundations of a 9th-century Moorish fortress, with parts of the original structure still integrated into the hotel today. Some towers, walls, and stone foundations remain visible throughout the interiors, which gives the entire space a feeling of history woven directly into the design.

I always feel that photographing historic interiors is less about documenting a space and more about capturing the feeling of being inside a story.

Sotogrande has such a different feel compared to many places on the Costa del Sol.
It’s calm, spacious, and somehow everything feels a little slower there... boats in the marina, long walks by the water, people sitting and enjoying their coffee without rushing anywhere.

Sotogrande was originally developed in the 1960s as one of Spain’s first luxury residential communities, but it still feels surprisingly relaxed and low-key.

Six months of living in Marbella have taught me that finding a place to call home is about so much more than practicality, modernity, or convenience.

It’s a feeling.

A quiet sense of alignment with the rhythm of a place, the lifestyle, the atmosphere, even the small everyday details.
And sometimes you quietly ask yourself: Does this place truly feel like me?

Torremolinos surprised me in that way.
The sea, the light, the coastal walkways, little cafés, balconies facing the water, people moving through the city at an unhurried pace, all these visual clues begin to tell you something about how life feels there.

And when you’re searching for where you belong, those details matter more than you expect.
Sometimes a city starts speaking to you softly, long before you fully realize you’re listening.

There’s something about traveling through Spain that makes you slow down without even trying.
Places like Manilva feel quiet, open, and easy, where the sea, the light, and everyday life just flow together.

With roots going back to Roman times and a long tradition of vineyards and fishing, Manilva carries its history softly, almost in the background.

No big plans, no rush… just walking, noticing, and letting the place unfold in its own way. Sometimes that’s when you see the most. #spain #travel #manilva #costadelsol #malaga

Visited the local cheese market in Coín, Malaga, Spain. It is held every third Sunday from September to May.
It’s one of those authentic spots where you can taste locally made cheeses, chat with producers, and really feel the region through its flavors. Simple, delicious, and definitely worth stopping by if you’re nearby. #spain #travel #foodie #foodlover #cheese
