We believe that every piece of art deserves to be delivered with care and precision. Whether you’ve chosen a giclee photo print on fine art paper, a canvas, or a metal print, we handle every order with the utmost attention to detail. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide from my studio in Alpharetta, GA, USA.

All parcels are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking details as soon as your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched.

  • Please note: Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my item?

Yes! Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email from Elena Sullivan (hello@elenaphotoart.com) confirming the shipment, along with a separate email from the courier containing detailed instructions to track your order.

Every purchase of photo art in my SHOP includes UPS Ground delivery within the continental US. Below are the estimated delivery times based on the destination.

If you’ve ordered a print, the delivery estimates below apply after your print has been produced. For all other in-stock items, shipping will occur within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 10–15 Business Days
  • Standard EU Delivery: 10–15 Business Days
  • Standard International Delivery to Remote Locations: 9–25 Business Days

Delivery Issues

  • Purchases of  photo prints, canvas or metal prints (unframed and framed), and Photo Gift Sets are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of photo prints, canvases, or metal prints for change of mind.
  • If your print arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@elenaphotoart.com for assistance. Be sure to include a photo of the damage with your email.
  • Customs and Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs and do not refund late deliveries.
  • For lost packages, please allow 5-7 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

I’ve ordered a print; when will my order be sent?

All fine art prints, canvases and metal prints are custom-made, then signed and dated.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your print to be custom-printed.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey.

How are the prints packaged?

Unframed prints are carefully handled using white gloves and securely rolled into a reinforced cardboard tube or placed in a sturdy envelope, depending on the size.

Canvases and metal prints are carefully wrapped and cushioned in custom packaging to ensure safe delivery.
